Yes. Our launch inventory is new and in its original packaging.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping within the United States is free.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship from Scottsdale, Arizona, with a one-business-day handling time. Carrier transit time is additional. We send tracking information when your order ships.
Can I return my order?
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Non-defective items must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Customers pay return shipping for non-defective returns. Please contact us for instructions before returning an item.
What if my item is defective or damaged?
Email hello@premiumoutletco.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful. The new-and-unused requirement does not apply to defective items, and we cover return shipping for a confirmed defect or an error with your order.
